Alot also depends on what you are shooting at! Some animals, whitetails for instance, really don't need that much penetration, others, like elk (I see you're in Oregon) need a bit more momentum behind them.
You are on the lighter end of arrow weight and unless you are ripping them out at very high speed, weight is more important than speed, that's why traditional archers shoot 500+ grain arrows at under 200 fps.
It's momentum more than KE you need, especially at lower speeds.
