Not to confuse you with all these numbers, but if you can shoot a deer in NH, you can shoot a deer anywhere. The same can't be said for ND.
....I find it funny that you think ND hunters are stupid. Maybe I am the one who should move...yeah, I'll move to NH... become a real hunter, than move back to dumb ol' ND, where I will be known as the states greatest and only good deer hunter. haha...lol.
....So, Next timeyourthinking about, what you believe is,a typical ND hunters' lack of ability andknowledge, think about why NHdoesnt shoot many deer, maybe its not the lack of deer, maybe its the hunters or the lack of hunters. lol

.
I apologize...aparantly, from your comment obove, you thoughtI was trying to degrade you with my original post. That was not my intent.
gb.....I never said or ever thought ND hunters are stupid. Nor do I believe ND hunters lack ability and knowledge. I was replying toyour comment:
"Maybe you should move if you can't get a deer."
I was trying to show that not everyone (self included) shoots a deer every year here in NH.Any yes, it is easier to tag a deer when there are more running the woods. Inever put anyone down for being successful when they hunt places with lots of deer. We are all in this together, we are all hunters.
I have a close friend that lives/hunts Wisc. He is truly a good hunter that never has a problem filling his tags and he sees deer every time in the woods near his home. He hunted with us in NH for opening week for two years. He only saw 5 deer and shot none.Of theother 5 of us, weonly dragged 3deereachin thosefirst two week. Not a great record but pretty good for the woods we hunted. Any yes, there were a couple big old New England bucks.
Just please don't think that because someone fails to punch their tag when hunting up here in New England, it's because they are a poor hunter. That was the impression that I got.
Good luck hunting and I hope you have a very successful 2007 season.
