I recently picked up a Weatherby Accumark .30-.378. I have shot this caliber before and know 3 other guys that have them, so I know that it kicks, and I know that it's expensive to shoot, and I know that it's heavy.

That being said, I want to start shooting it and maybe take a whitetail doe with it this year, what recommendation do you have on the type of bullet to use? I'll probably buy a couple boxes, save the brass, and then start re-loading. But, in actuality, I probably won't use it a ton. It was too good of a deal to pass up even though I was wanting a 300 Weatherby Mag first.

So, I'm looking for a bullet to shoot whitetail with at 200-300 yards.
