well i checked my I60 cam today and found it with the battery level at 7%, flashing low battery, and it only took 8 pictures, i left it with a 99% battery 42 hrs earlier.also the clear IR flash cover had a smokey film on it like it had a fire inside it. i took it home to test what happened and found that with the 4 gb chip, the IR flash decides to stay on at all times once tripped until the battery is drained and would not complete taking the picture. i installed the 1 gig chip and had no problems other than i noticed that the IR flash is staying on longer now (about 2 - 3 seconds) with the 1 gb chip (test done with older duracell batteries that tested at 60%).i seem to be having alot of problems with this thing and it isnt even 1 week old. i ran a diagnostic with the 4 gb and 1 gb chips in it and it all checked out ok so i am not sure what is going on.
i downloaded the 8 pictures it got with the 4gb cardand 3 of them would not open up, the other 5 were ok and great quality night pics. when i cleaned the clear plastic cover for the IR flash, there is a blue tinge to the plastic now, this thing must have gotten hot.
