I have a custom .35 Whelen Improved built on a Mauser action, the action has been heat treated for any magnum. Has Timney trigger, custom bolt handle, push pull safety, solid steel mounts and rings.gray mat finish, 24 inch barrel. I had this rifle built when I retired for the idea ofhunting elk, I can no longer wrestle an elk out if I did shoot one. I shot a 1" group last week with it, it has sat in the rack for 5 years.

I have Redding dies and 99 rounds ofAmmo loaded for it,I chronographed it at an average of 2550fps with 250grHornady bullets. It will do anything at 200 yards that a 338 will at 300 yds with much less recoil. It will also kill an elk at 300yds and further if you can make the shot. I want $650.00 for the rifle dies and ammo.
