I know...some of you can't hunt. TOUGH.... It really is nice to have such a long season. I wouldn't have shot at the 4 point except he was of decent body size, butterball fat and I need one more for the freezer. Only 5 or 6 days left in the season. The thing is... I had the rascal at 10 yards broadside at one point while at full draw. I was just trying to get a whack at Bullwinkle... and then when that fell apart I said take what you can get. I just hadn't figured on being able to get a shot in that direction. It happened so fast my mind just said 30, I put the pin dead center and let it go.#%#$&#)%%_#)^%_#%)_#( button bucks. If he'd just kept walking it would have all worked out. You are right though.... it was a fun morning in a tree. Probably saw close to 30 deer, lots of horns and cold fresh air.
