Finally got a real corn feeder this year. I got tired of my homemade PVC feeder that offered corn 24hrs/day.
I have some questions, though. Bow season starts in about 8 weeks. When should I put the feeder out? Also, it seems to work great, but it doesn't seem to throw out a whole lot of corn in the 10 seconds or so that its "running." I guess the deer will find it, though...right?
Also, should I rake the area around the feeder, or just trust that the deer will find it under the leaves, etc.?
