How did you do at your ASA state shoot?

Matt.

I dont know yet I shot Saturday with the majority shooting yesterday but I never got a phone call so I guess the check and belt buckle went to some one else

But I do know one thing I am mighty glad I shot Saturday overcast with temps in the low80's and high humidity, yesterday was a real stinker here with temps in the high 90's and high humidity, there where only 3 targets on the course that gave up any breeze and they where 28,29 and 30.

Have you tried your scope with the pin down?

I did not think I would like it but now I am sorta used to it, it really does suit my shooting style.

Next year I do plan on hitting a lot more events and gonna step up to Senior Promight get my butt handed to me but it's all fun

I am also going to get a 50lb bow and do a lot of field events and maybe some indoor ( untill the boredom sets in)

Good luck in a couple of weeks buddy go kick some butt[8D]
I haven't tried the pinyet installed that way. To be honest I have only shot it a couple times honestly, because I am setup right now with a MBR rig and have been shooting the local events from the open stakes with the long stab, and pin sight.

My intentions this year were to shoot the MBR setup from open stakes forlocal events, and then put on a short stabilizer for big events. I will be shooting the Vermont ASA state shoot (NY didn't host one [:@]) in 2 weeks from the hunter class stakes for one last time as a sandbagger.

I got the scope because in September I will be switching over to a full open class setup for the upcoming indoor 3D season and next years outdoor season as well. No more pins sight........and I got a smoking deal on that lens that I couldn't pass up so I just got it now.

Thanks for the luck next weekend, should be a good event with some tough competition.
