Thanks for the link. I imagine that a lot would apply to this sight.
I personally have not used either one. With the summit sight, you can change it from 1-pin to multiple pins(or dots) and there is a pendulum fuction too.

Also check you local game laws. I don't believe in MA, we can use the sight that you posted from the sportsman guide.
