Default RE: Anyone use a red-dot sight?

One of my huntin' buddies, in fact he's one of THE best whitetailers I've ever shared the woods with, swears by his Red Dot sight. He's used it for many years and it's been very impressive in his hands. I'm not even sure how many P&Y class bucks he's killed with it but I know he's told me repeatedly that he'll never use anoter sight. One of the most attractive features for Paul is the fact that you never have to rely on a peep sight again and it works as a perfect torque indicator. If you can see the dot, that is EXACTLY where you're arrow is going to hit. Last year he took a 140 class and a 177" brute to add to an already very impressive track record with this sight. I'd have to say that he's clearly proven to me that they are very effective hunting sights!
