Earn-a-Buck in PA... That would be comical.

First, there would be immense amounts of whining and social upheaval. The entire Western PA watershed would probably flood with the resulting deluge of tears. The state of Ohio would be wiped out in a great flood. The governor's mansion would be burned down. Gary Alt would be burned at the stake by a gang of witch hunters. They wouldn't even know that he isn't in charge anymore. They wouldn't care anyway.

Then, all of a sudden, PGC would receive about 100,000 "filled" doe report cards on the opening day of bow season. Mysteriously, despite 100,000 deer being "harvested," the butcher shops wouldn't be very busy. *surprise!*

The only way we'll ever see great buck hunting in PA will be the day the legislature finally cowboys up and closes rifle season. As far as I'm concerned, they can close rifle season totally, and raise the price of the license to $150 to offset the dropoff in license purchases. I'd be the first one in line.
