Anschutz probably makes the most accurate OTC 22's, they have plenty of Olympic gold medals to prove it. Another great thing is that they make a good variety of them. Fit and finish are superb and they make some of the best trigger mechanisms there are period. I have a couple of 17 HMR's from them and have no complaints.

Cooper, Dakota and Kimber all make great rimfires also but personally I think they are behind Anschutz in the target/accuracy dept. When it comes to gracefull lines, stock work etc onRF sporters,Cooper and Dakota cant be beat.

With all that said, these all come with a much higher price than the Savage,CZ,Marlin,Rugers .It really comes down what you personally value and want to spend in a product to say what is best.
