I've shot 3 under for 20 years..try putting your thumb(cocked down under your jawbone) mine is a spot where my jawbone meets my face..a little bump there..this will get out of way & also help anchor in same spot everytime..also with your draw hand..get into your jawbone..move your head up & down until you get really settled in..you''ll see the big difference..I've been a tournament archer (3-D) for 20 years..made all the mistakes..you'll get a cleaner release if you put a little dry silicone on your glove..glove won't grab the string..hope this helps...
