As a Professional Chef I can see a great market for Venison "marinated on the hoof"!<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> Plant some nice Cabernet Franc grapes right next to some fresh Thyme plants and maybe some wild garlic! Yummmmmy!
