I wish it still was, we would prolly be a hell of a lot better off.

As for the question. I dont think that in that situation, poaching would be wrong. Of cource our GM for Fairfield county wouldnt see it that way. He had a buddy of mine almost in a heap of trouble. He shot a deer, field dressed it, rolled it in a ditch to keep it from being stolen, was walking to his 4wd to go pick up the deer, and was met at his truck by Levi. Was gonna write him up for shooting a deer and leaving it. He sat with binoculars and watched the hunt. WHY WOULD HE FIELD DRESS IT TO LEAVE IT YOU RETARD!!!!!!!!

Sorry, off topic. Poaching is fine under those circumstances.
