RE: Trigger Job VS Safety
Here's my .02 cents on the subject. First of all,if you practice safe gun handling,and it sounds like you do,the muzzle of rifle will never be pointed in unsafe direction regardless of weight of trigger pull. Having said that,the best trigger control will be acchived with a smooth,light trigger with very little movement. I do have advantage of being gunsmith so if I don't like something out of box(and I usually don't) it's not a major thing to me. 1 thing I do insist on is having a working safety,smack/drop/slam proof trigger. I cringe whenever I see someone casully swing muzzle in my direction,AND QUIT HUNTING WITH THEM RIGHT THEN.
