Cableguy119 The people I am refering(sp) to don't like to take hand outs. They would rather supply for themselfs then ask other people to do thinks for them. They are physically fit not finacially fit, so I see nothing wrong with what they are doing. They are only taking what they need the only way they know how.

Let me ask this if the government only told us we could only eat out of our gardens for two weeks a year would that be ok?
