i brought my bow back on the plane with me from NZ. sucks about the archaic laws they have here.

there are a few uk based sites that dont seem too bad for purchasing your setup. the only thing you have to watch with ordering from the states is the VAT that gets added on, and naturally they are all target/3d based.

i bought most if not all of my gear from NZ or ebay (US), a lot ofUS online shops dont like shipping abroad. but fire up ebay uk and include "worldwide" in the search and you'll get a few.

best of all i have had no import duty on

£100 of arrows
£50 sight
£80 arrow rest.

but the thing is the bow costs a lot more so im sure you will get stung.

also, i would advise buying arrows that you can get in the uk. gold tip hunter pros are not easy to find. and when you do its still cheaper paying 55 dollars to get it shipped over here.
