Depends on time of the season. When the bucks are in the middle of rut and running stupid they could run right into you. All I every use is scent killer and it seems to work fine. Just always use the wind to your advantage. If you are still and downwind they will never detect you. Once while ML season I fell asleep in my hunting chair in the middle of a warm afternoon. I was just taking a break for it was so warm. I really didn't think anything would be moving. When I awoke I had 2 does checking me out from about, oh 2 feet infront of me (quite something to wake up to). I would have felt stupid but as they trotted away a nice buck picked up their trail and I dropped him only 25 yards in front of me. I should have taped my snoring for it seemed to bring them right in.
