I found this really cool thing on download.com called Avatar Sizer. You can take any image you want and it shrinks it down to the size you want. Here is the link for it.Just shrink the dimensions on itto about 120 x 120 and put the quality meter to about 85. If it says it is too big just move the quality meter a little down or the dimensions. That way you can put any image you find.
