Facts are facts though Wash. Ask anyone over the age of 30 how things are compared to even 10 yrs ago and see what they say.
Many people just want to collect a pay. They don't see their job as helping people but more as people as an inconvenience.
I spent the first 10 years of my working life in customer service and am generally appalled at how people are treated now and also worked with people that had that attitude.
More blame should be placed on people like that and not on a post like mine. 
I thought that any poundage below 70# was for chipmunks and small birds.
Wash, I would have to agree with this. I not saying that there are not people like you, that care. But most dont seem to give a sh!t. To them it's just a pay check! Sad but true. They have no pride in what they do.
