I have a 100 and a 200 and the trigger speeds are the same and there not very fast. One thing I found is that on auto flash it has to determine to use the flash or not and that slows it down the most and on flash it has to power up flash and that also slows it down. Unfortunately the quickest way to get trigger with these is to turn flash off and just shoot for day time photos, I know this sounds bad but as soon as I did this with mine I started getting alot more photos and 95% of the time they are daylight anyway!. Otherwise over baitor pointing down the trail instead of across the trail. Good luck keep us posted!
