I only got about 2/3 through, but the author appears to think that everyone but himself is a rube, although the part about the dentist chair was sort of funny.

The "cull buck" phenomena is brought on by the QDM limitations on killing bucks combined with hunters who want to kill a buck and rationalize it. That's what all this "cull buck" stuff is about.
