I have no idea what the season dates are....or how they apply to his operation. I'll say this, RIGHT NOW. If it conflicts with what I'm trying to do, here....I won't go. if I can go later (or earlier...which I doubt)in the year....and I've done my part, here.....I will consider it.
I asked here...because I value you guys opinions. I'll still make my own decision. If it's helping him.....and furthering a business relationship.....I WILL consider it. I won't let this get in the way of what I need to do here, though.
If it doesn't interfere with MY work, here (in my woods)....that's what I'll propose. I wouldn't trade my buck from last year for any buck inside that fence......nor would I cherish any of them over the one I want and have right here in my woods.
So yeah....for me.....if everything else is not interfered with....it would be "OK" to take a doe.
Remember.....I asked your opinions.....but I will do what I feel is "right"...or "OK".
When the coming season ends.....I will likely have taken between 10-15 animals with my bow. It's not about the killing. I can do that, here. I've never taken any pride in that, anyway.
