It is getting late and I have not received the deposit from some guys who have voiced their interest. I am offering a 400 acre farm in Morgan County for lease.

The farm is mostly cropland, but has three creeks and several ponds. It has about 125 acres of CRP. The timber lies primarily in small woodlots and one long strip(about a mile long) along a railroad track.

Lease the farm for deer and turkey for one year for $10/acre. ($4000)
