Electroic thermometer. The first time I used it was last night on a 3.5 lb roast and it was perfectly done. It's so simple to use to. Just stick the probe in the center of the meat set the desired enternal temmp and forget about till the alarm goes off. Sure does take the guess work out of doneness. Anybody else use one?
