Those pics have helped me to understand how a deer grows better than anything I have seen so far, due to the fact that it's the same buck ....
I would suspect except for the neck a Doe wouldhave similar bodily changeswith age. Just the overall size and belly.
That buck,for several years doesn't even look like the same deer except for his face. Until he get to be 4.5 or 5.5 he looks different every year. Coat color, physique, everything.
I have hunted for a good while and go for the racks, but the aging thing has never interested me until recently. A lot of what I have seen so far hereare things I do notice and look for. Thanks a bunch Preach.
