Sounds to me like your local dealer doesn't care, or doesn't know. You do have to watch what is going on at the shop. I am a Bow dealer, and enjoy working on bows and fine tuning. Don't let one bad bow shop label the rest of us. Also if you get to messing around with your bow and your not an authorized dealer, you can void your warranty.JMO
