The shot is straight down, gravity is pulling the arrow straight down, so use your highest sight pin, in this case 10 yards. A straight down shot is not a very good shot to take as you have to work around the spine and the vital area is very small with you only being able to get 1 lung. I would probably not take this shot even if I had a very high energy setup. I would recomend practicing this shot before you thought about trying it.
