Good Point....and NO....it is NOT a "free-ranging" outfitter. It is NOT. I didn't point that out....simply because I forgot to. This IS a fenced hunt.
"Fenced" and "hunt" just don't go good in the same sentence. If its in a pen you won't have to hunt it.
