Nick and Stump you guys read my mind.

bogobble, if watching deer die after YOU shoot them bothers you, then take up 3D. You can shoot them over and over again and you don't have to watch them die. I bet those don't taste as good though.

I learned a great deal from watching hunting videos before I ever took up bow hunting. I learned were to shoot deer from different angles and how deer react from good hits. I also learn that it is very inmportant to do a lot of shooting and know my ability as well. So far I have been lucky enough to kill the first four deer that I have shot at because of those shows. My understanding is that most people shoot at quite a few deer before killing one.

I haven't seen very many shows that show things that I would consider bad for hunting. Most won't even show what a blood trail looks like. That is something that would be useful.
