Ive shot both the sonic and the crossfire from NAP. Both have very good arrow flight. I never shot a deer with the sonic heads but my dad did and after recovering the arrow and the deer we noticed all three blade tips were folded back because a small sliver of bone got wedged inbetween them. As for the crossfire, I shot a decent 10 pointer a couple of years ago with them and was not at all impressed with penetration. The blades are nice and sharp but the tip is like a butter knife.
