I just wanted to add yes I am frustrated with Illinois. I live less then a mile across the border in Wisconsin
and the prices they charge are just nuts. Then we haveWi who charges I believe $160 for the non resident
idiots and drunks who come up here. Im not saying all of them are like this but a heck of a lot are plain and simple.
