Personally, I don't shoot different bows differently.

Be careful with getting the anchor too close to the eye though. You can actually change your vision by getting too close. Try this, take just your index finger and place it at your anchor, focus on something far away, now shut the other eye andmove the skin back and forth at anchor. Does your vision shift at all? You can actually move your eye if it is too close.
