Ok, now I'm upset!
I ordered a new string for my Vectrix 2 weeks ago along w/ a dozen new arrows in anticipation of the big HNI Smackdown next weekend. It's my day to work at the shop, so when I get there I find my arrows. Cool. I get them wrapped, fletched, cut off and ready to shoot. They look pretty good if I say so myself, thank you onestringer!
Here's the upsetting part.....He neglected to order my string when he placed the order!!!!!!!!! [:@] He told me he even wrote it down and just didn't order it with everything else for some reason....
I tell him I've got a problem....I'm leaving Friday for this shoot, and I don't have a string (the string on the bow isn't shootable, it FUBAR.) He told me he would order it FIRST thing Monday morning and it will be here by Wednesday, and if I leave my bow there he'll get it put on Wed. evening or Thursday morning....Man, I'm gonna have some work to do Thursday and Friday evening......
A happy camper I AM NOT! First the van, now the string.......Good grief.....
