Default Wabash river

Took another newbie out this morning on the wabash river. We launched down at the cayauga Indiana boat ramp. We were into buffalo almost as soon as we got going. Hardly ever got out of sight of the bridge. He did not have a bow and went just to take pictures. After seeing me boat a nice 9.9 # grassie and then a 15.11 # grassie and several 9# buffalo. He was willing to give it a try. Was not too bad about 5 misses and he stuck an nice 7# buffalo. He is not hooked. I also nailed a 42" long nose gar and a small one. The the high light was just at the bridge I shot my first big head in the wabash. Granted it was a small one, but still was a big head. Now KBI-Prez will not be able to sleep. Having big heads less than 20 miles from his house. I only live about 12 miles from there. Got to like that. We were only on the water 3 hours. Both had plans. I am already trying to figure out how to get back this afternoon.
