titleist - that's it in a nutshell. The property owner is the only person who can give or deny permission. Video tape some of the other parties actions covertly then expose them to the landowner. This might get rid of them if the owner sees what's going on.
As far as the amount of years the original party has "invested" figures absolutely nothing into the equation. It is not their land, they have no rights to it. Period.
Nor do they have the right to interfere with your permission to be there. In many states it is a crime to cause ill effects or interfere with the lawful pursuit of wildlife. Check out your states laws and document it with video. Maybe this would draw action from either the Game Warden, DNR, etc...
