I have been using that same bullet with mine and have found that they work better with between 60 and 70 gr. of powder. Back when I tried it with more than that the bullet was all over the place.
Have you tried them with wads? I couldn't get the REALs to shoot very well until I started putting wads under them. If you haven't tried wads, shoot me a private message with a mailing address and I'll send you a dozen each of the treated and untreated to try.
I have a pack of 1,000 1/16" .510 diameter Circle Fly Vegetable Fiber wads and will send some to anyone else who wants to try them.
