RE: Best Hunting Bow by Era
Lordy... I could really care less what we determine the best hunting bow to be from 30+ years ago. But if I were pickin' it'd probably be an old scratched up recurve. As far as compounds... I'd have to go with my PSE Lazer Magnum. During the 70s I owned a couple of them, a Bear Whitetail hunter and a Bear Polar LTD. Really, PSE was the king of the hill at that time along with Jennings when Jennings owned itself. Same two for the 80s. After that... I'm all out. I know what I like and shoot and it isn' what going to get the votes.
