Default RE: Logging a timber

In my past experience it has been good. I have found that it promotes more deer movement, offers better shots and great visuals on deer moving.

Deer love the moss that grows on some trees and it also makes it easier for deer to get acorns.

But with the pros there is always some cons. Less cover for you, the hunter, deer can feed more ofter, easier, contributing to them stay put in specific areas. Also when windy the lack of trees in my expereince helps the wind whip around, inturn having deer sent you better.

Happy hunting.
