That's easy! My friend and I went out to take out our turkey hunting frustrations on some crows. I loaded some #8 sportloads in my shotgun and away we went. I walked over a hump in the area and stumbled right into a nice big tom only about 10 feet in front of me. Excitedly I pulled my shotgun up and pulled the trigger only to realize I failed to disengage the safety! Time seemed to stand still yet move very quickly as I watched his head turn from blue to red and watch him take flight to never be seen again.....I died a million times that day and I have thought about at least that many times in the past year.
