That is hard to say. Most rifles will shoot well with 100 grains (in that area) and any projectile. Since it is a CVA I am sure the powerbelts would also shoot well out of it.

What kind of distance to do you expect to encounter where you hunt?

I would start with some loose powder. Pyrodex or Triple Se7en 2f. Then get some powerbelts, and some 240 grain XTP's. Start with them and about 80 grains of loose powder. My CVA shoots 90 grains and about anything I shove down it real well. Loose powder is cheaper. Just get a measure and a funnel for your jug.
