I guess the basic underlying question is this:
is it possible to shoot right handed using your left eye with a compound bow?
It is possible but there are more easy solutions to the problem:
1.) Shoot left handed
2.) Be sure to close your dominant eye if you're shooting cross handed.
3.) Shoot without sights
