In my opinon that seems small, I shot a 145lbs. 8 ptr. during this past seasons gun season and it had a 24 inch. And I do know what I am talking about, I see enough deer in that I can tell pretty much by looking at them what they will measure. The only thing I can say is if the taxi. measured it after is was tanned and it was dry tanned than you probably lost a bit. I get mine all wet tanned and get the measures before and after tanning, and there isn't much difference, but when I started out with the dry tan I couldn't seem to get all the strech out of them.
