You'd better read the owner's manual or have someone show you how the pistol works before you hurt yourself or someone else- its pretty obvious that you don't understand how the pistol works.
Yes, I know how to load a pistol, the slide will be cocked back, and you slip in the magazine, and then you pull back the slide, let it forward, and then, shoot, or turn on the safety.
I'm just saying, that my grandpa's 9mm, when you pull back the slide, the slide pushes the hammer into the firing position, which I'm not that crazy about. The 9mm my grandpa has, also has a safety feature on the trigger guard, kinda like the safeties on BB guns.
I have never handled a Glock, so I guess when I go to the gun store I should see how it works, I reckon that's the simplest way.
Won't be headed to the gun store for awhile, though, since I am still paying debt for my rifle, don't need anymore temptation, lol.
Sorry to stir the pot, but I don't see how if I get more years under my belt, that that would give me the right to make silly statements, anymore than what I have now.
If someone would give me a link or something to how a Glock works, that would be appreciated, but I don't know that such things exist.
The Taurus 40 S&W, you load it, but the safety is on the slide.
