you will probably get more answers in the taxidermy forum, but i will try and help you anyway since you are a youngin and i respect you trying to get answers. if you are doing a euro mount (whole skull) on a plaque, i find it best to drill a small pilot hole in the vertabret on the bottom of the skull where the spine used to attach. this area is thick and will hold a screw very well when you bring a screw in from the backside of a plaque. if doing a cut skull cap with antlers, you can but a kit to mount them to with all the accessories. if doing sheds you will need to direct your question to the taxidermy section, i have never did this. good luck.
