Default RE: Shooting Heavy Conicals

To Frontier: I have only put about 75 rounds through it so far. I have not shot it off a bench yet. I am pouring a 405grain bullet cast from wheel weights. I have been shooting chunk rock on the strip job that is close to my house. I have walked the sights in on a couple of rocks at 375 yards(ranged). Shooting off sticks I can hit the rocks most of the time. The rocks are about two foot square, and I am shooting off of shooting sticks. It really is alot of fun too shoot. The riflehas a 34 inch barrel, and weighs over 13 pounds. Carrying for me is not a problem. I am a handicapped hunter, and I do all my hunting off my modified Kawasaki Mule. My Kawasaki does not have any problem hauling the rifle around. Tom.
