I tinker a little, But you don't need to in this case. A couple of different companies make an "arrow lock" type thingamabob that holds it on a TM style rest. NAP makes one and Carolina Archery makes one as well. I had one on my Champion with a GKF premier and It rocked! I never had an arrow fall off and could walk throught the woods doing somersaults and the arrow would be there every time.
