I use the Jo-Jan Multi-Fletcher. I've had it for about two years now and I have pretty much given up on it. I can't get the vanes to stick for nothing. So I'm wondering what everyone else uses, because I think my jig is cursed and I'm going to put it on eBay and maybe someone more qualified than myself can own this contaption.

I've tried 3 different type of glue, but I just have a hard time getting the clamps to seat the vanes on the arrow flush. If someone knows what I'm doing wrong enlighten me, but otherwise I have to stop wasting time on this jig.
