you guys might think I'm crazy but I use wax rings for toilets.
One ring is about 1.00 and it will last you for the rest of your life.
Nice and soft beeswax, works in good, easy to work with and does a great job.
Lot's easier than the old hard stick type i used to use.
You can get the wax rings at any hardware store in the country.
